Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge in telecom BSS/OSS domains, including Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management.

• Develop expertise in telco product modeling and system configuration.

• Configure solutions in accordance with business requirements and solution design.

• Offer technical consultancy to both internal and external stakeholders regarding product capabilities, design strategies, and best practices.

• Implement TM Forum standards in areas such as product modeling, service decomposition, and order fulfillment.

• Assist in end-to-end solution delivery, encompassing impact assessment and configuration tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Developers, Architects) to enhance and execute solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve configuration problems during the build and testing phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in telecommunication BSS/OSS environments is required.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role.

• Practical experience with Product Catalog and Pricing configuration.

• Proficiency in BPMN modeling.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a keen emphasis on quality and accuracy.

• Enthusiastic about learning and developing deep technical expertise.

• Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Camunda BPMN; Knowledge of XSLT and mapping configurations; Understanding of TM Forum Open APIs (e.g., TMF620, TMF622, TMF641); Insight into end-to-end order-to-cash processes in telecom.
