Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between Business and IT to implement solutions that fulfill organizational requirements.

• Provide support for systems and initiatives, including agent email provisioning, record retrievals, agent texting, and APEX (agency CRM).

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Aid in the development of business cases, encompassing cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope definition.

• Execute impact analysis and assist in estimating effort and costs.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and training activities.

• Create process maps, functional specifications, and initial systems design documentation.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and Agile teams to prioritize and deliver capabilities.

• Perform quality reviews on project deliverables and aid in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Investigate and research system issues, compliance requests, and technical requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience.

• 1 to 3 years of pertinent experience in business analysis, technology support, or a related domain.

• Familiarity with the Insurance sector is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

• Skills in process mapping and impact analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
