This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate and enhance HR processes concerning frontline employee groups.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to diagnose issues, outline requirements, and prioritize tasks.
• Chart existing processes to pinpoint gaps, manual tasks, inconsistencies, and potential for automation.
• Draft clear technical specifications and process documentation.
• Assist in refining and organizing the current database setup for frontline employees.
• Aid in automation projects within the backlog, focusing on lifecycle-related HR processes.
• Partner with the team to rectify data concerns, explore anomalies, and elevate process quality.
• Develop and sustain project timelines for the initiatives you are responsible for.
• Facilitate implementation alongside the internal engineering team.
• Contribute to HR analytics and reporting as necessary.
• Over 3 years of experience in HR Tech as a Business Analyst.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Capability to work autonomously: gather requirements, structure issues, formulate a plan, and drive execution forward.
• Proficient in articulating business processes and drafting technical specifications.
• Skills in BPMN or similar process mapping techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured reasoning, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
