This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Identifies and oversees modifications to current Technical Operations processes, encompassing scope definition, business requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
• Establishes scalable and efficient processes, ensuring a seamless transition to operational maintenance by the Technical Operations Analysts.
• Develops project plans to guarantee the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Ensures that technical processes supporting government programs have the necessary controls, oversight, and reporting, remaining compliant with regulatory requirements from start to finish.
• Identifies essential metrics to assess the compliance and accuracy of the processes, establishing oversight methods that are both operationally efficient and effective.
• Provides subject matter expert assistance when process metrics suggest a potential risk to compliance or accuracy and leads any necessary corrective actions following root cause analysis.
• Reviews regulatory guidance and identifies needed adjustments to existing Technical Operations processes or new processes that must be established to maintain compliance.
• Conducts data analysis utilizing SQL or business intelligence software.
• Develops a thorough understanding of Navitus’ claims processing system.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of Analyst experience in writing requirements, developing solutions, implementing process improvements, and conducting testing within a business setting.
