This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address level 1 and 2 support tickets, implementing workarounds for incidents and guiding clients in the effective use of the system.
• Provide system and/or business consulting services, which include workshops, training, integration and unit testing, assisted operations, on-call support, feasibility studies, and market research.
• Engage in project implementations alongside clients, facilitating process design workshops and gap analysis.
• Create Business Process Procedures (BPPs), requirements documentation, technical specifications, and testing scenarios.
• Serve as the liaison between the client and the development team.
• Discover and propose product enhancements or new avenues to enhance the value delivered to both the company and clients.
• Assist the marketing team in producing specialized, valuable, and relevant external content.
• A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Forest Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Environmental Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant or in a comparable position.
• Proficiency with GIS in the forestry sector.
• Familiarity with the Esri platform (ArcGIS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Awareness of cloud tools/platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle database (PL/SQL).
• Understanding of artificial intelligence tools applicable to the role.
• Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish.
• Energetic and proactive, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency in deliverables.
• Clear, direct, and concise communication skills.
• Punctual and disciplined in managing time effectively.
• Empathetic with a focus on ensuring satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
