Business Analyst, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and develop customized solutions.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to collect both business and technical specifications.

• Convert business requirements into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.

• Create presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.

• Work alongside technical teams (developers, solution architects) to determine the most effective strategy for each project.

• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes as necessary.

• Recognize upselling and cross-selling possibilities based on client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in a pre-sales capacity or as a Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Experience with enterprise clients and custom software development initiatives in sectors like FinTech and AI.

• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze client requirements, prepare proposals, and contribute to the sales process.

• Strong aptitude for defining project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives.

• Familiarity with API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be advantageous).

• Proficient in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro).

• High competency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Capability to estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

• Ability to simplify intricate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English and German at Level C1 or higher.
