Business Analyst – Fulfilment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate fulfillment workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.

• Create, develop, and sustain automated dashboards that monitor essential fulfillment KPIs.

• Independently craft and manage intricate SQL queries for the analysis of extensive datasets.

• Actively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within fulfillment data.

• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams to enhance decision-making.

• Ensure fulfillment data is organized, clean, and scalable within the data warehouse.

• Oversee data integrity across fulfillment systems.

• Monitor key fulfillment KPIs and analyze the root causes of issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst capacity.

• Strong ability to write complex, efficient SQL queries.

• Proven track record of converting raw data into actionable insights.

• Capability to investigate ambiguous issues and devise data-driven solutions.

• Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain management.

• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with tools such as dbt or experience in structuring reusable datasets/models is highly desirable.

• Background in building dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is highly desirable.
