Business Analyst – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to comprehend their business challenges and address their intricate issues (complex logic impacting various services);

• Analyze, gather, and document business requirements, converting them into technical specifications;

• Work alongside Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery, and support;

• Prepare and oversee technical requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle;

• Create and present proposed solutions to key stakeholders;

• Collaborate with development teams;

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing;

• Initiate and lead teamwork with colleagues to enhance quality and promote best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong system and analytical thinking;

• Capability to analyze and document highly complex business processes (complex logic impacting various services);

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an Agile environment;

• Expertise in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications;

• Familiarity with software development methodologies;

• Knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle;

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (comprehensive written and verbal communication);

• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar; Office 365; and visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP, or similar);

• Experience with business process modeling techniques, methodologies, and tools;

• Exceptional communication skills for conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external) across all management levels.
