Business Analyst, Finance Systems – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist Quartile’s Finance team in enhancing process improvements, data accessibility, and operational effectiveness.

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and technology — evaluating needs, crafting process solutions, and overseeing projects that optimize our financial functions.

• Engage actively in initiatives such as new billing systems, subscription management applications, financial data automation, and enhancements in cross-functional reporting.

• Record business processes, workflows, and interdependencies within finance operations.

• Convert business requirements into precise functional specifications and process documentation.

• Oversee project schedules, key milestones, and communication with stakeholders.

• Aid in data quality initiatives, including data cleansing for month-end closing.

• Perform business case evaluations for new tools or process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations/project management, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or digital advertising sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Strong business insight and the capability to link financial results with operational procedures.

• Proven experience in leading system or process implementation initiatives.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, or comparable tools.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and BI tools.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Inquisitive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
