This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Design and implement intricate ETL processes and streaming data solutions for various source systems

• Build and maintain BI/CRM related database and microservice applications across multiple business lines

• Capable of deconstructing business stories into smaller, manageable development components

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment

• Collect business requirements and oversee their progression from design to execution

• Collaborate effectively with developers, Data Migration Specialists, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes

• Accountable for unit test plans, unit testing, quality assurance support, and post-release activities

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 6-8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst

• At least 2-3 years in a support or ETL-related position

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience utilizing SQL

• Strong skills in data management and analysis

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities combined with a keen attention to detail

• Familiarity with standard project methodologies, including Agile

• Two to three years of experience in gathering technical business requirements and data analysis
