Business Analyst, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Convert financial and business needs into precise technical specifications for development teams, ensuring the accurate application of accounting principles;

• Design and enhance ERP processes, which include accounting workflows, reporting frameworks, and cost allocation models;

• Create and execute complex SQL queries to verify data, analyze relationships, and aid in decision-making;

• Guarantee data integrity and the accuracy of financial outputs across ERP systems and reporting layers;

• Assess the impact of scripts, automations, and system modifications on financial outcomes and accounting entries;

• Work collaboratively with finance, product, and engineering teams to synchronize business logic with technical execution;

• Model and document business processes and system logic;

• Swiftly adjust solutions in response to changes in business processes and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles

• Experience with ERP systems or large-scale CRM architecture

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or advanced Excel/macros)

• Significant experience in process modeling and business analysis

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent communication abilities and systems thinking

• Capability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (both written and spoken) for internal communication.
