Business Analyst, DA&AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the collection of business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for the data and analytics teams.

• Assess current workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation, increased efficiency, or improved data integration.

• Collaborate within the Agile framework to create user stories and acceptance criteria for future development cycles.

• Aid in the creation of source to target maps (STTM) to assist developers in their work.

• Contribute to the design of Power BI dashboards that enable business stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Help verify that the technical solutions delivered align with the original business requirements through thorough testing and feedback mechanisms.

• Participate in regular sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure synchronization between business objectives and technical execution.

• Utilize AI agents and provide feedback for the purpose of training and enhancing the model's output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to distill complex information.

• Basic knowledge of data concepts along with a familiarity with SQL.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Self-driven and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
