This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop a thorough understanding of various SaaS business models and align them with specific customer needs.
• Collaborate directly with clients to create their operational and financial plans utilizing industry best practices.
• You will take charge of onboarding clients to the Drivetrain platform, gaining insights into how their data is distributed and managing the data pipeline to consolidate this information.
• Skilled in crafting complex SQL queries to manipulate and unify multiple data sources for dashboarding and analytical objectives.
• You will identify and outline all key performance indicators (KPIs) that are crucial for the customer's business success and correlate them with the relevant data.
• You will provide insights regarding the influence of KPIs on a company's progress.
• You will serve as the primary contact for all data-related inquiries.
• You will have the opportunity to cultivate customer relationships and represent Drivetrain.
• You will engage with an advanced data processing stack.
• As an early member of the team, you'll contribute to shaping our company culture, practices, and product offerings.
• Possesses strong analytical abilities and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Familiar with SQL and database management.
