This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• You actively shape the data-driven evolution of our existing customer business.
• You serve as a central analytical key figure within the CVM environment, acting as a sparring partner and right hand to the business.
• Translating complex analyses into concrete recommendations for action with measurable business impact.
• Establishing, operating, and continuously developing an integrated CVM reporting system.
• Conducting end-to-end analysis and monitoring of campaign performance from hypothesis to impact measurement.
• Responsible for the performance tracking of central KPIs (e.g., Customer Value, Conversion, Uplift).
• Identifying white spots, levers, and untapped potentials within the customer base.
• Taking a proactive challenger role towards the business based on data and facts.
• Completed degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Analysis, along with a strong understanding of marketing, CVM, and campaign logics.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or comparable analytics languages is a plus.
• Experience with modern business intelligence tools; knowledge of AWS QuickSight is an advantage.
• Highly developed analytical and structured thinking skills, along with a strong business understanding and exceptional communication abilities.
• Ability to link technical analyses with business questions and identify the underlying concerns behind inquiries.
