Business Analyst – Credit Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and authorize calculation rules for credit offerings related to credit cards.

• Establish calculations for revolving credit, statement installment plans, balance financing, refinancing, and renegotiation.

• Ensure accurate implementation of interest rates, fees, CET (Total Effective Cost), amortization, and the structure of outstanding balances.

• Conduct financial impact assessments and simulations for new products or regulatory amendments.

• Assist technology teams in defining and validating business rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Significant experience with credit products, with a preference for credit cards.

• Advanced understanding of financial mathematics.

• Expertise in compound interest calculations, present value, future value, rate equivalence, and cash flow analysis.

• Comprehensive knowledge of amortization systems, particularly: Price Table (French amortization), SAC (Constant Amortization System), and mixed amortization systems.

• Experience with calculations related to: revolving credit, statement installment plans, purchase installments, refinancing, CET (Total Effective Cost), IOF (Brazilian financial transaction tax), and other financial charges.

• Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling and simulations.
