Business Analyst, BPMN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and document business needs, system specifications, and workflows.

• Develop and configure system solutions on the Creatio platform to meet business requirements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish system requirements, integrations, and customizations.

• Utilize BPMN notation to model business processes, ensuring effective system and workflow design.

• Recognize system enhancements and streamline workflows within the Creatio platform.

• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot challenges, and assist in resolving system-related issues.

• Collaborate closely with developers to facilitate the development and deployment of system solutions.

• Organize user training sessions and provide continuous support to end users.

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Creatio and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs).

• Assess integration requirements, outline data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar position.

• Practical experience with the Creatio platform or other low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.

• Strong grasp of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.

• Proficient in BPMN notation for business process modeling and optimization.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs).

• Familiarity with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing.

• Ability to produce clear and thorough documentation (system specifications, data models, integration plans, BPMN diagrams).
