Business Analyst – Banking Regulation, Regulatory Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide independent consultation and design for agile IT projects while implementing legal and regulatory standards within the banking sector.

• A key aspect of your role will involve capturing, analyzing, and managing requirements, as well as coordinating with business units and development teams.

• You will actively contribute to the optimization and enhancement of IT systems and processes.

• Maintaining a collaborative working relationship and fostering open communication with our clients is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst within the banking sector, particularly in statistical and regulatory reporting (including BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta).

• Strong methodological and conceptual expertise in business analysis and agile methodologies.

• A self-sufficient and communicative approach to your work that proactively drives projects forward.

• Ideally, you should have previous experience implementing IT projects that address regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum of C1 level.
