Business Analyst – Banca

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define the governance model for a complex banking process, encompassing roles, responsibilities, decision forums, metrics, and information flows.

• Manage stakeholders from various areas (business, operations, risk, legal, etc.), ensuring alignment and coordinated progress.

• Design and prepare executive presentations (PPT) that serve as a foundation for monthly follow-up forums and high-level reports.

• Convene, plan, and facilitate initial governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, adequate preparation, and follow-up on agreements.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and critical points within the process to ensure a robust implementation of the model.

• English proficiency required at a conversational level (B2 - C1).
