Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business, product, and user requirements for new features and enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into business objectives, identify opportunities, and align product initiatives with strategic goals.

• Define and refine business processes, user journeys, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work in close collaboration with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed.

• Coordinate feature delivery activities, assist in release planning, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.

• Maintain product documentation, ensuring that requirements, specifications, and business rules are accurate and current.

• Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations regarding product progress, risks, and potential opportunities.

• Support system integrations and engage in solution design discussions to ensure that business needs are effectively met.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development environments.

• A strong grasp of business analysis practices, business process modeling, requirement management, and Agile methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and managing both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

• Familiarity with product metrics, A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions.

• Experience in coordinating feature delivery, including cross-team communication, participation in release planning, and clarifying requirements.

• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance business analysis activities, requirement management, documentation, and productivity.

• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the capability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced product environment.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
