Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution of delivery.

• Collect, document, and assess comprehensive business and functional requirements for AI, data, and CRM projects.

• Analyze current and future processes, highlighting gaps and opportunities for optimization and automation.

• Examine operational and business data to reveal trends, risks, and performance drivers.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, expedite insights, and prototype initial concepts or solution strategies.

• Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to assist in solution design, implementation, and testing.

• Aid in delivery tracking by managing requirements backlogs, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Conduct workshops, stakeholder sessions, and working meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assess delivered solutions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Engage in CRM-related projects (Salesforce experience is preferred but not mandatory).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity within consulting or enterprise settings.

• Background in management or technology consulting (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent strongly preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in technology and digital transformation projects, including data, AI, CRM, or automation initiatives.

• Strong analytical capabilities with practical experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.

• Experience in translating business needs into technical or process-oriented solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

• Experience with modern prototyping or demo tools (e.g., Lovable or similar) to support early-stage concepts and stakeholder alignment is a significant advantage.

• Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are beneficial.
