This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

• Collaborate closely with the team to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.

• Conduct sessions to gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders to comprehend business goals and technical limitations.

• Convert business requirements into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.

• Create presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.

• Work alongside solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure that requirements are both feasible and testable.

• Establish and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and system architecture documentation.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage conflicting requirements effectively.

• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes as needed.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience with pre-sales activities.

• Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and various delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Experience working with enterprise clients in Finance, Healthcare, or other complex sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze client requirements, prepare proposals, and support the sales process.

• Capability to define project scope, functional requirements, and criteria for success.

• Basic understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures is a plus.

• Proficient in diagramming tools such as BPMN, UML, Figma, or Miro.

• Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Competence in estimating timeframes, costs, and resource requirements for projects.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simplified manner for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
