Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create regular and ad hoc business dashboards, reports, and management information systems (MIS) that assist business, operations, and compliance managers in tracking their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights to empower stakeholders in making crucial decisions.

• Produce precise, thorough, and timely reports to fulfill control, compliance, or regulatory obligations.

• Consistently generate a list of exceptions to the bank’s internal and external policies and regulations utilizing digital monitoring tools.

• Provide data and reports that are essential during internal and external audits for the evaluation of business processes.

• Identify opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as streamline existing reports to ensure every report produced adds value.

• Maintain a high standard of work quality and proactively address any data issues that arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in data extraction, reporting, and data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative and technical field such as Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics.

• Proficient in programming languages including SQL, Python, and R.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• High level of integrity.
