This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collect and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing HR processes and propose enhancements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Aid in formulating business cases for new initiatives and system upgrades.
• Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) regarding HR system modifications.
• Collaborate with HR teams to pinpoint operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the documentation of HR policies, procedures, and business processes.
• Help coordinate the implementation of new HR programs and procedural changes.
• Monitor process performance and suggest efficiencies.
• Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends related to hiring, turnover, employee demographics, and HR service delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy and support data audits.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Assist with cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Track project milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables.
• Organize meetings and document project updates.
• Help with change management and communication initiatives.
• Assist with system testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot basic system or reporting issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation related to HR systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or in a similar position.
• Experience in supporting HR operations, HR projects, or HR technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Process Mapping Tools.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
