Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Convert high-level business solutions into detailed technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment among teams.

• Evaluate requirements and facilitate meetings related to those requirements.

• Generate documentation for existing solutions and features.

• Assist the development team in various activities throughout the entire software development life cycle, contributing to seamless delivery.

• Manage the backlog to maintain transparency and actionable priorities.

• Work with technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Conduct solution validation to verify that functionality meets business requirements.

• Communicate with licensees (clients) to identify and discuss requirements in a structured and collaborative manner.

• Provide support to licensees regarding functionality, helping them to maximize the value of the product.

• Assist the team in developing new features through effective communication and structured analysis.

• Create documentation for new features and keep it updated to ensure knowledge continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role (Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst, Software Analyst, etc.).

• Possess an Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).

• Have substantial expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems.

• Experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders through remote communication channels.

• Understand web protocols, messaging protocols, and web data formats: HTTP, TCP/IP, WS, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.

• Utilize API investigation tools (Postman, Swagger).

• Have practical experience with Browser DevTools.

• Familiarity with UX/UI mockup tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart).

• Hands-on experience in preparing BPMN, UML, and working with wireframes and diagrams (sequence and activity).

• Strong facilitation skills that help guide discussions and align diverse viewpoints.

• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills that assist in navigating complexity.

• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills that promote productive collaboration.

• Demonstrate decision-making abilities and a strong sense of responsibility in fast-paced environments.

• Capable of handling objections with professionalism and clarity.
