This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform analysis of business processes to uncover areas for improvement.
• Collect, document, and oversee business and functional requirements.
• Create and design interactive dashboards and reports.
• Prepare and present business case presentations to stakeholders.
• Convert complex data into understandable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy analytics solutions.
• Previous experience in Business Analytics within a BPO setting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong background in Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of database structures, tables, and data relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning (preferred).
• Practical experience with Salesforce reporting (Classic & Lightning) (preferred).
• Ability to create and modify Salesforce reports (preferred).
• Experience in generating reports in Zendesk, including MAQLs (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate (preferred).
• Experience in building or optimizing analytical/solving models (preferred).
