This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform analysis of business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and enhance workflows.
• Collect, document, and oversee both business and functional requirements.
• Create and develop interactive dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and present business cases to stakeholders effectively.
• Convert complex data into straightforward insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy analytics solutions and improve processes.
• Previous experience in Business Analytics within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of database structures, tables, and data relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning is preferred.
• Practical experience with Salesforce reporting (Classic & Lightning) is preferred.
• Capability to create and modify Salesforce reports is preferred.
• Experience in generating reports in Zendesk, including MAQLs, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate is preferred.
• Experience in building or optimizing analytical/solving models is preferred.
