• Collect and document business requirements

• Organize and lead stakeholder workshops

• Promote process enhancements

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

• Ensure solutions are in line with strategic objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related position

• Demonstrated expertise in gathering and documenting requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders

• Knowledge of process mapping and improvement strategies

• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems (preferred)

• Understanding of AI and machine learning principles (preferred)

• Background in the healthcare or finance industries (preferred)
