Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team, influencing the development of the products we create for our clients. You will serve as a thought leader in the requirements elicitation process and will be accountable for ensuring our deliverables are aligned with the overall business vision, maximizing value for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a client-facing Business Analyst on a variety of project sizes.

• Confident in challenging existing assumptions and collaborating with customers’ Product Owners to define a Proof of Concept (PoC)/Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a product.

• Experience in coaching Product Owners, which includes defining product canvasses, developing roadmaps, and establishing product and sprint objectives.

• Proficient in effectively organizing backlogs to define a product using epics and features that align both business requirements and technical architecture.

• Capable of writing clear and testable user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria.

• Skilled in leading Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning Sessions, Iteration Planning Sessions, Project Discovery Sessions, and Backlog Refinement Sessions.

• Expert knowledge of Scrum methodology.

• Significant experience in working within an Agile team to agree upon and develop system/product designs based on user requirements, articulating these as user stories.

• Aptitude for building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships at all levels.

• Resilient and proactive, with a strong focus on delivery.

• Strong modeling capabilities across data, application, and business process domains utilizing standard modeling conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN, etc.).

• Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex business domains.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
