This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead business analysis projects centered around Copilot and AI-driven transformation.
• Conduct executive and stakeholder workshops to pinpoint high-impact AI and Copilot use cases.
• Convert business challenges into Copilot, agent, and automation scenarios that align with Microsoft platforms.
• Collaborate closely with technical architects to develop Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent solutions.
• Establish requirements, success metrics, and value propositions for AI initiatives.
• Provide guidance to clients on AI readiness, governance considerations, and responsible implementation.
• Manage engagement execution in conjunction with Project Managers by steering project plans, milestones, dependencies, and dashboards in Smartsheet.
• Monitor and highlight risks, issues, and decisions; maintain RAID logs, status reports, and key engagement documents.
• Organize executive and working sessions, including setting agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking actions.
• Assist with commercial activities such as purchase orders, invoicing, time tracking (Autotask), and budget transparency in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Ensure that governance and quality standards for delivery are consistently upheld across all engagements.
• Guide consultants in modern business analysis, AI exploration, and disciplined delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by effectively communicating Copilot's value, use cases, and business outcomes.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, consulting, or IT services, with a proven track record of managing engagement execution.
• Experience in discovering and implementing AI or Copilot-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot and/or role-specific Copilots).
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of AI agents and orchestration concepts.
• Proven capability to transform business processes into AI-enhanced workflows.
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders.
• Practical experience using Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with time tracking and commercial tools (Autotask or similar).
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies and lifecycle concepts.
• Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and documentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
