Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as a crucial link between our business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Document processes and utilize strong product intuition to assess products.

• Engage closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and promote operational efficiency.

• Work alongside technical designers and development teams to ensure the feasibility of requirements.

• Use Confluence to document, track, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Business Analysis function or role.

• Extensive experience in software, particularly with SaaS platforms.

• Proven track record of working with and managing a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders to validate features, test assumptions, and manage expectations.

• Established ability to independently oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Hands-on experience in projects implementing AI solutions, specifically in prompt engineering or agentic workflows.

• Proficiency in Requirements Management Software (Confluence) and workflow tools (JIRA).

• Practical experience with Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Lean, Scrum, or similar).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
