Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation projects for Borealis.

• Evaluate and comprehend clients’ business goals.

• Gather and analyze customer requirements, and map their business workflows.

• Determine optimal solutions to integrate their business workflows into the Boréalis software.

• Plan and facilitate meetings and work sessions with clients: create agendas, assign tasks, and track their progress, while customizing project documentation.

• Document project information in various onboarding materials.

• Configure the software based on the identified requirements.

• In cases of data imports, organize and prepare the necessary data.

• Keep project statuses updated to accurately reflect implementation progress, ensuring that managers and clients are informed at all times.

• Identify potential risks and issues related to projects, and execute mitigation strategies.

• Discover and incorporate innovative, solution-driven approaches to:

• Propose effective workarounds tailored to client needs in order to meet agreed service levels.

• Ensure implementation projects remain within budget and on schedule.

• Foster and maintain a trustworthy relationship between clients and Boréalis.

• Engage with clients on subjects that will aid Boréalis in expanding its influence.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Borealis over time.

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of a continuous improvement mindset towards everyday challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma in IT, Communication, Management, or Administration.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

• A solid understanding of corporate social responsibility challenges is an advantage.

• Experience in Project and/or Account management, preferably with large corporations.

• International experience or background in Mining/Oil/Gas or SAAS is considered an asset.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.

• Flexible: willing to work atypical hours and collaborate with teams speaking foreign languages.
