Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct systems process analysis and design under close guidance.

• Plan and execute research, design evaluation, development, and integration tasks within a specific technical domain.

• Analyze issues for resolution and collect information from client users to identify work challenges.

• Develop systems of computer programs and procedures to address identified issues, where applicable.

• Implement process changes by merging new procedures with existing ones.

• Clearly communicate process modifications to affected teams.

• Suggest and promote quality improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of technical experience.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance.

• Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation within Agile delivery settings.

• Skilled in using collaboration and workflow tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Experienced with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Familiar with process modeling techniques and notation, such as BPMN or workflow diagramming using Visio or Lucidchart.

• Experience in supporting federal government clients or contracts.

• Possession of relevant certifications, such as CBAP, CCBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
