This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct systems process analysis and design under close guidance.
β’ Plan and execute research, design evaluation, development, and integration tasks within a specific technical domain.
β’ Analyze issues for resolution and collect information from client users to identify work challenges.
β’ Develop systems of computer programs and procedures to address identified issues, where applicable.
β’ Implement process changes by merging new procedures with existing ones.
β’ Clearly communicate process modifications to affected teams.
β’ Suggest and promote quality improvement initiatives.
β’ An Associate's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of technical experience.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance.
β’ Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation within Agile delivery settings.
β’ Skilled in using collaboration and workflow tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
β’ Experienced with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
β’ Familiar with process modeling techniques and notation, such as BPMN or workflow diagramming using Visio or Lucidchart.
β’ Experience in supporting federal government clients or contracts.
β’ Possession of relevant certifications, such as CBAP, CCBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
