This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate the current status of IAM environments and systems by conducting interviews with key stakeholders and reviewing documentation.
• Organize and lead meetings with technical and business stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements, while performing business process analysis.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements, as well as prepare suitable documentation to communicate and validate the findings.
• Examine and analyze client and system data to assess its strength and usefulness, aiding in the design and implementation of IAM systems.
• Create and review use cases, process workflows, analysis reports, requirements documents, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to assist in the development of design documentation.
• Formulate test plans and test cases for IAM solutions.
• Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with standardized templates, while also checking for spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency.
• Communicate status updates, including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and multitasking environment.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting IT, ideally in operations or business analysis.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology in areas related to customer service, customer liaison, customer relationship management, or vendor management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in requirements gathering and business process documentation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM administration or implementation.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with key IAM components: Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, and Enterprise Directories.
• Understanding of the nine project management knowledge areas: Cost Management, Time/Schedule Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Communications Management, and Quality Management.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
