Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Drive the agenda for continuous improvement throughout operational processes.

• Establish the vision, governance, and roadmap for initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.

• Oversee and guide the comprehensive Frontline Fixes Program.

• Guarantee clear guidance, robust governance, a structured roadmap, and measurable outcomes.

• Design and facilitate organized frontline forums to gather feedback from agents.

• Convert frontline insights into clearly defined problem statements.

• Implement a scalable framework for continuous improvement.

• Transform priorities into actionable backlogs while balancing quick wins and long-term strategic changes.

• Promote stakeholder alignment, adoption, and foster a culture of long-term change.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or related operational positions.

• Proven history of leading comprehensive process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

• Strong sense of ownership with the capability to independently identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive implementation.

• Demonstrated ability in managing stakeholders and achieving cross-functional alignment across Operations, Product, and Technology.

• Proficient in translating complex business challenges into structured problem statements and actionable plans.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Proactive and hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge existing norms and drive change.

• Experience working in agile settings and leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams or squads.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 Upper Intermediate level).
