Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Proficient in direct interactions with sophisticated investors and senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate from a four-year university; degrees in Accounting or Finance are preferred, with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Graduates with majors in Marketing or English will also be taken into consideration.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance along with client interaction.

• Previous experience in private equity, hedge funds, or other alternative investments is advantageous.

• Relevant client interaction experience in a corporate, publicly traded setting or at an administrator will also be considered.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in spreadsheet applications.

• Capacity to swiftly grasp new concepts and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to read and comprehend financial statements.
