Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders and perform comprehensive competitor analysis to ensure the product remains in line with global audio industry benchmarks and user expectations.

• Assess system architecture to pinpoint potential user flow challenges during the planning phase.

• Contribute to persona development, conduct user interviews, identify pain points, validate assumptions, and design optimal user flows for a seamless experience.

• Develop block diagrams of user flows and signal flows, and take part in UX/UI prototyping.

• Involve in roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and adhere to Agile & Scrum methodologies.

• Draft atomic, independent, and precise User Stories in Given/When/Then format, ensuring clarity and keeping documentation current.

• Collaborate with the team to identify limitations and explore potential solutions for the deal structure.

• Engage with stakeholders to extract comprehensive requirements and unmet needs, ensuring a smooth process of conveying the product vision to the entire team, so everyone is aligned.

• Conduct high-level feature validation to confirm the product is on the right trajectory and lead demonstrations to collect feedback for future enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex technical products.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level for effective communication with an international team.

• Strong product mindset and a solid understanding of product value in comparison to competitors.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Extensive experience in preparing User Stories with Acceptance criteria in the Given/When/Then format.

• Proven experience in managing changes and keeping requirements current.

• Ability to interpret system diagrams and comprehend user flow through data flows.

• Familiarity with AI trends and insight into how they can be leveraged to enhance user experience and product value.

• Experience or personal interest in streaming, content creation, or the music industry; understanding of audio signals and the concept of "real-time" in the realm of digital signal processing.
