Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to convert business needs into precise User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Responsible for maintaining high-quality project documentation, including Confluence pages, user manuals, and functional specifications.

• Ensure traceability among business requirements, User Stories, and implemented functionality.

• Create process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation.

• Assist with UAT, implementation, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Identify risks, documentation deficiencies, and outstanding items proactively, guiding stakeholders towards timely resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments and/or Fintech sector.

• Proven track record of delivering greenfield projects from inception to completion.

• In-depth understanding of the Open Banking and/or Payments domain.

• Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in writing User Stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.

• Capability to work autonomously, take initiative, and provide clarity on unresolved issues.
