Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of defining and documenting data integration requirements between Partex.AI and all internal and external data sources.

• Determine and document which integrations should be developed using the existing SQL Server Data Warehouse as opposed to Databricks.

• Convert integration requirements into detailed specifications for the Data and Technology integration team.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders in clinical operations to translate workflow needs into precise requirements.

• Oversee the health of integrations and ensure data quality in the outputs of Partex.AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Proficient in data integration requirements, field mapping, and defining business rules.

• Strong background in data quality analysis and experience with agile delivery methods.

• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, or other regulated industries is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST HAVE (ranging from B2 level to C1/C2).

• Candidates must be located in Central or South America.

• Practical experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan is required.
