Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Become a vital member of our vibrant team as a Business Analyst, contributing significantly to the advancement of digital transformation initiatives for our global clientele.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect and assess business requirements.

• Convert business needs into precise and actionable specifications for development teams.

• Perform market research and data analysis to aid in strategic decision-making processes.

• Identify and refine processes to boost efficiency and deliver value.

• Produce comprehensive documentation, including workflows, reports, and project roadmaps.

• Lead workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment on project objectives.

• Track project progress and provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities in English (C1 level or above).

• Highly organized and detail-focused with a process-oriented mindset.

• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote working environment.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT or digital transformation projects.

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Jira, and similar applications.

• Capability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes.

• Basic knowledge of app development and database structures is advantageous.

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel.
