Business Analyst – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation projects for Borealis.

• Evaluate and comprehend the business objectives of clients.

• Gather customer requirements and map their business processes.

• Determine optimal solutions to integrate their business processes into the Boréalis software.

• Organize and facilitate meetings and working sessions with clients: create agendas, assign activities, monitor their progress, and customize project documentation.

• Document project information in various onboarding documents.

• Configure the software in line with the identified requirements.

• In cases of data imports, manipulate, organize the data, and prepare the imports.

• Maintain project statuses to accurately reflect the implementation progress at all times, keeping both managers and clients informed.

• Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Identify and integrate innovative, solution-oriented approaches to:

• Propose effective workarounds tailored to client contexts to meet agreed-upon service levels.

• Ensure implementation projects remain within budget and on schedule.

• Build and sustain a trusting relationship between customers and Boréalis.

• Engage with clients on topics that will assist Boréalis in "growing its roots."

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Borealis over time.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a continuous improvement mindset towards everyday challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma in IT, Communication, Management, or Administration.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

• A sound understanding of corporate social responsibility challenges is an advantage.

• Experience in Project and/or Account management, preferably with large organizations.

• International experience or experience in Mining/Oil/Gas, or SAAS will be considered beneficial.

• Proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented approach.

• Adaptable and available to work atypical hours; willing to collaborate with teams speaking foreign languages.
