This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Evaluate sell-in and sell-out metrics across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels to uncover trends, risks, and potential growth opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, sell-through rates, inventory health, channel performance, and the effectiveness of promotions.
• Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the sales leadership team.
• Create and manage executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reports utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Streamline recurring reporting processes to minimize manual work and enhance data accuracy and visibility.
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of data across all reporting outputs.
• Utilize AI tools and assistants to expedite analysis, produce summaries, and uncover insights at scale.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agents to automate repetitive sales operations tasks.
• Assist with quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual sales planning cycles, and the formulation of go-to-market strategies.
• Clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations to sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or a strategy-oriented role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven experience in managing large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; hands-on experience with at least one business intelligence/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Experience in creating and maintaining sales performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) applied within business or analytical workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to transform data into a coherent narrative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where priorities can rapidly change.
