This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Making both outbound and inbound calls to current and potential Thryv customers.
• Overseeing the complete sales process — from identifying prospects and qualifying leads to closing deals and facilitating onboarding handover.
• Cultivating and expanding an existing customer portfolio through effective upselling and cross-selling of suitable products.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound efforts.
• Meeting monthly sales objectives and contact center KPIs established by the organization.
• Keeping precise pipeline records and projecting expected sales outcomes to your supervisor.
• Ensuring all sales initiatives, workflows, and closing rates are executed timely and to the required standards.
• Adhering to all Thryv policies, legal requirements, and necessary compliance training.
• Comprehensive sales cycle experience - From initial contact and qualification to closing and handover — you have accomplished it all.
• Background in contact centers / Telesales - You thrive in a structured call environment and understand how to achieve KPIs.
• Experience in sales account management - You have a track record of nurturing, upselling, and expanding an existing customer base.
• Familiarity with SaaS or digital media - Knowledge of SaaS platforms or the digital media sector is a significant advantage.
