Business Advisor – Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Visit franchise locations to assess what is effective and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist owners in refining their operations, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Analyze P&Ls to discover growth opportunities and establish smart objectives.

• Support franchisees in executing marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.

• Act as a liaison between franchise owners and our corporate support team.

• Celebrate successes, address challenges, and ensure continued progress.

• Travel approximately 50% of the time, exploring your region while aiding businesses in their success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Advisor in a related industry (preferably Sign); franchising experience is a plus.

• Strong skills in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.

• Understanding of retail marketing strategies and branding concepts.

• Background in project management and applying best practices in the industry.

• Capability to advise on labor issues and vendor/supplier procurement challenges.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effectively communicating new business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

• Technical proficiency and adaptability to quickly learn new technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office suite.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with graphic design software, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
