This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide guidance and strategic direction to Mini Business Managers and the Administration team.
• Conduct performance evaluations, establish objectives, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Supervise the creation and enhancement of engaging content across various platforms, ensuring effective communication that aligns with our brand voice.
• Lead the development of insightful case studies that highlight our achievements.
• Foster a robust community by interacting with members, recognizing their needs, and facilitating valuable connections.
• Organize and manage the scheduling and logistics for both internal and external training sessions.
• Ensure that trainers and training materials adhere to the company's quality standards.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding new personnel.
• Manage HR-related documents and policies, and address workplace dynamics.
• Handle our social media presence and campaigns, engaging with our audience and upholding a positive brand image.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
• Create and curate content (Text, Graphics, Video, AI) for Social Media and customer communications.
• Organize quizzes and competitions and ensure successful execution for subjects in Engineering, Science, Commerce, Arts, MBA programs, UPSC Exams, etc.
• Formulate and execute strategies for business growth and revenue generation.
• Analyze market trends and adjust business plans as necessary.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with other organizations to leverage mutual interests.
• Actively network to uncover new business opportunities and collaboration areas.
• Utilize SaaS products to design high-converting landing pages.
• Leverage digital marketing tools to enhance online presence and achieve business objectives.
• Approach challenges and opportunities with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Identify and evaluate new business models that could enhance the company's success.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently an undergraduate student - eagerness to demonstrate team building, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Familiarity with analytical thinking and programming knowledge related to SaaS products, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in networking, partnership development, and community engagement.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and formulating successful business strategies.
• Experience in HR and hiring, with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics.
