This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage and cultivate a warm database of current clients and qualified leads using phone, email, and CRM platforms.
• Conduct professional consultative sales discussions to ascertain client needs, objectives, and readiness to invest.
• Present and promote premium business acquisition and mentoring programs.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Regularly follow up with long-term leads and sustain strong relationships.
• Keep precise CRM records, sales notes, and track pipeline activity.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Represent the company with professionalism in all client engagements.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to enhance conversion opportunities.
• Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or high-ticket sales.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Strong skills in objection handling and closing sales.
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Experience using CRM systems for managing sales pipelines.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• A professional home office setup with dependable internet access.
• Experience in selling coaching, education, consulting, mastermind, property investment, financial services, or business-related programs.
• Experience in selling to clients based in the UK.
• Familiarity with high-ticket sales (£5,000+ products/services).
• Previous experience working remotely for international companies.
