• Formulate and implement growth strategies aligned with strategic objectives.
• Guide Customer Managers in enhancing annual and quarterly business plans for clients.
• Lead the Business Planning process in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Enhance key performance indicators through analysis of promotions, expenditures, and volume forecasts.
• Oversee base volume forecasts, item distribution, promotional strategies, and innovation initiatives.
• Participate in Customer Sales Calls alongside the Customer Manager Team when appropriate.
• Create and present materials as part of the CROSSMARK Business Review process.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year institution is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Proven experience engaging with major chain customers.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Nielsen and other syndicated data sources.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration and influencing abilities are essential.
• Capacity to communicate clearly, think strategically, and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and uphold commitments.
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual capabilities may be necessary depending on business needs.
