• Oversee a portfolio of B2B sportsbook operators, fostering robust client relationships and ensuring daily operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary contact point, managing operator requests and delivering updates in a clear and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to facilitate integrations, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.
• Conduct regular reviews of operator performance and platform audits, proposing product updates and promotional strategies.
• Monitor and analyze operator KPIs to identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategic betting events.
• Manage contract renewals, promote additional features, and negotiate commercial terms to drive business expansion.
• Ensure timely and precise monthly invoicing, reporting, and adherence to internal and market regulations.
• Proficient in English (B2+) and Russian (B2), both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development within iGaming, sportsbook, or B2B SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple B2B clients or operators.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, betting markets, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and KPI-driven decision-making.
