This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct on-site data gathering for Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), Property Condition Assessments (PCA/PCNA), and Asset Tagging / Inventory tasks across various property types.
β’ Execute on-site evaluations of facilities and buildings for multifamily, senior, educational, commercial, industrial, municipal, and federal/military properties.
β’ Gather data on building systems, finishes, and site components utilizing company software (FastField, iAuditor, AkitaBox, or Quire).
β’ Carry out asset tagging & inventory, labeling MEP equipment with barcodes/QRs and reconciling with client databases.
β’ Take clear, well-labeled digital photographs of systems and deficiencies.
β’ Accurately record quantities, serial numbers, dimensions, ages, and condition ratings.
β’ Assist senior assessors and project managers with RSMeans-based cost estimating and capital-planning data for 5-, 10-, and 20-year forecasts.
β’ Help in report assembly and technical writing as required.
β’ Comply with all site safety protocols and maintain professional communication with property contacts.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in building inspection, facility assessment, or a related field.
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
β’ General understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site/civil systems.
β’ Proficient with tablets, mobile applications, Microsoft Office, and digital photography.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with teamwork capabilities.
β’ A valid driver's license is required, with no significant points or violations (clean driving history).

β’ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in performing FCAs, PCAs, or PCNAs for multifamily, senior, educational, commercial, or government facilities.
β’ Familiarity with ASTM E2018, Uniformat II, and HUD CNA e-Tool.
β’ Working knowledge of RSMeans or similar cost databases.
β’ Preferred certifications (not mandatory): ICC Inspector / Plans Examiner (B1, M1, Accessibility), OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Safety, CPSI, AHERA Asbestos Inspector, or FAA Part 107 Drone License.
β’ Experience with Bluebeam, Monday.com, Quire, AkitaBox, or comparable tools.
β’ Regular and frequent travel to customer locations.
