Builder Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish authentic connections with borrowers and referral partners.

• Comprehend each borrower's priorities and assist them in navigating mortgage options.

• Oversee all aspects of the mortgage process from application to closing.

• Build and expand a thriving mortgage origination business.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven understanding of the complete loan lifecycle.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s), or the capability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

• Demonstrated success in loan origination.

• Established network of referrals with realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Ability to effectively manage a consistent loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and support sound lending decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Advanced organizational skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
