This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Establish, nurture, and strategically enhance relationships with brokers, broker pools, and cooperative partners.

• Proactively recruit new insurance brokers through innovative and digital sales channels.

• Maintain and grow long-term business partnerships.

• Organize and facilitate trainings, roadshows, trade shows, and activities focused on customer retention.

• Assess market trends and competitor activities in the insurance distribution sector.

• Create and uphold your own sales and partner management system.

• Conduct trainings and meetings at various locations throughout Germany.

• Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or a similar academic qualification.

• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance.

• Several years of experience in broker sales or field/account management.

• Ideally possess an established network of brokers, pools, or associations.

• Enjoy challenging existing frameworks and actively improving them.

• Willingness to travel extensively and manage appointments independently.

• Interest in digital processes and contemporary sales techniques.

• Excellent communication abilities, persuasiveness, and a confident, professional demeanor.
